Contact Park City Grocery Express promptly if your order, delivery date, or travel plans change.

48-hour notice

Order changes, delivery-date changes, and cancellations should be finalized at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.

Alcohol purchases

Alcohol is purchased first. Beer and other alcohol already purchased for an order are nonrefundable, and the purchase plus the applicable alcohol shopping-service fee remains due if the order is cancelled.

Late changes and completed work

Groceries already purchased, completed shopping or preparation, expedited scheduling, and other work already performed may remain chargeable when a request is received after the deadline.
