1. Build your grocery list

Browse the online catalog, choose quantities and preferences, and add detailed notes or custom requests.

2. Share your lodging and arrival details

Provide your hotel, vacation rental, or residence address, arrival timing, unit information, and property-access instructions.

3. Reserve your delivery

A temporary $20 card authorization verifies your payment method and reserves the order. Orders within 24 hours require availability confirmation and may include a $30 expedited fee.

4. The local team shops and delivers

Park City Grocery Express personally shops the order, coordinates with hotels and property managers, and delivers between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

5. Final billing follows delivery

After delivery, the final invoice reflects the groceries actually purchased and the applicable delivery, service, secure-processing, expedited, and gratuity amounts.
